His specialty is the Pecan Charlie (typically called a turtle), which features homemade caramel and slightly salted pecans covered in a Swiss coverture chocolate. English Toffee is another specialty of Chef Michael. As you crunch into its buttery richness, we guaranteed our toffee will not stick to your teeth. Chef Michael's gourmet truffle selection is unparalleled. We have over twenty four truffle flavors and all are made from fresh fruits and spices surrounded by a crisp Swiss chocolate shell.
We not only make chocolate sensations, but we also make marshmallow, chocolate covered cherries, and giant peanut butter cups from scratch. Our chocolate shoppe showcases over 15 flavors of fudge which will melt in your mouth. We hand-dip our own pretzels in our Swiss chocolate and even coat some in candy and cookie pieces for a touch of fun.
