Aunt Nina’s Sweets-n-Treats opened in Shorewood, Illinois on October 27, 2005. We were a bulk candy store from the very beginning. Slowly we began to add to our vision of what a sweet shoppe should be. We started making our own gourmet popcorn, followed by handmade chocolates. We also host on site birthday parties.
For anyone who had been to our Shorewood location, you would have to agree, we were bursting out of our seams. So we found us a cozy spot in Crest Hill on Division Street one block of Weber Road. We not only had plenty of room for all the different types of candy we carry, but we were also to add some amazing things.
We now have two party rooms. We can hold up to 40 guests in the big party room. We still have a cozy party room for smaller parties.
Our popcorn area has grown into its own shop where we feature over 35 flavors of popcorn all day every day.
We also decided to add a dine-in area where you can get ice cream, coffee drinks, and bakery items.
We opened our new location on September 1, 2009 and we absolutely love it here. Stop by and check out one of the biggest candy stores you have ever seen!
